Travis Hull – Visionary & Executive Leader, Mechanical & Control Services (MCS)

As the Visionary of Mechanical & Control Services, Travis Hull brings more than two decades of leadership, industry expertise, and people-first values to the organization. Known for his strategic mindset and hands-on operational insight, Travis has helped shape MCS into one of the region’s most forward-thinking HVAC and mechanical service providers.
Travis oversees long-term strategy, major client relationships, and the development of innovative service and project delivery models. He is deeply involved in HVAC project sales, estimating, operational excellence, and the implementation of emerging technologies that strengthen MCS’s capabilities. From large-scale VRF and rooftop system replacements to the rollout of BuildOps and digital field-management systems, Travis leads initiatives that enhance efficiency, transparency, and customer experience.
A strong believer in the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), Travis drives clarity and alignment across the leadership team by assigning accountability, championing continuous improvement, and maintaining a clear vision for MCS’s future. His work is grounded in integrity, operational discipline, and a commitment to building durable systems that allow people — both clients and employees — to win.
Beyond technical expertise, Travis is known for cultivating a supportive culture centered around teamwork, mentorship, and professional growth. He is heavily involved in celebrating employee milestones, recognizing emerging leaders, elevating team achievements, and reinforcing MCS’s reputation as a company that values its people.

Outside of MCS, Travis is an active coach and mentor in youth and high-school soccer programs throughout the region. His passion for developing people carries into his personal life, where he invests in building confidence, character, and opportunity for young athletes.

Integrator/Chief Financial Officer

As Integrator and Chief Financial Officer, Angela partners closely with MCS leadership to guide the company’s strategic direction while ensuring financial operations run smoothly. She oversees banking, insurance, and HR functions, always bringing accountability, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset to her work. With 14 years of finance and operational leadership at Group Health Cooperative, Angela combines deep expertise with a focus on continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving. Her MBA from the University of Washington and Bachelor’s in Business Management and Accounting from Saint Martin’s University support her commitment to operational excellence and long-term partnership. Angela’s approach reflects MCS values: she simplifies complex financial and operational processes, delivers personal attention to her team and stakeholders, and strives to be 1% better every day, ensuring MCS continues to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Rob Davidson

Field Service & Controls Supervisor

Rob joined MCS after graduating from Clover Park Technical College in 2008 and has grown through roles as Field Service Technician and Controls Technician to lead the Field Service & Controls team in 2023. He is committed to developing young technicians while supporting senior team members, ensuring MCS delivers exceptional service across its diverse customer base. Rob embodies MCS’s values of Team Player, Dependable, and Knowledgeable, and approaches every project with urgency, care, and professionalism. Danelle Leigh

Service Director

Danelle joined MCS in 2017, bringing a unique blend of experience in government, legal, HR, and project/event management. Her diverse background fuels her passion for streamlining procedures and building a high-performing service and technician team. Dedicated to operational excellence and customer-first outcomes, Danelle ensures that MCS’s service operations are efficient, timely, and solution-oriented. Lisa Daniel

Senior Account Executive

Lisa has been a key member of the MCS team since 2010, bringing over 12 years of experience in real estate and property management. She specializes in developing maintenance programs tailored to each customer, providing guidance and education to help clients make informed decisions for their assets. A true relationship-builder, Lisa embodies the MCS values of Serving Others, accountability, and respect, ensuring every client feels like a priority. She actively represents MCS in multiple real estate organizations, strengthening the industry and fostering collaboration. Bobbie de la Cruz

Accounting Specialist

Bobbie brings operational discipline and financial insight to the team using the EOS Business System. She joined MCS in 2018 following a successful 20-year career in upper retail management, where she led complex operations, teams, and customer-centric initiatives. During a purposeful pause from the corporate world, Bobbie discovered a passion for community impact—volunteering across her local school district and serving in leadership roles. She remains actively involved as an event chair and volunteer with both the Fife High School Booster Club and the Fife Scholarship & Student Support organizations, helping drive opportunities for local students. Known within MCS for her ability to execute with clarity and accountability, Bobbie applies key EOS principles—including traction, process consistency, data transparency, and cross-team alignment—to support the finance function and improve organizational flow. Her strengths in multitasking, communication, and bookkeeping make her a trusted partner in helping the business run efficiently, while contributing to measurable traction toward company goals. She also holds an associate degree in Marketing, Advertising, and Retail Sales, bringing a well-rounded lens to both operations and financial stewardship.

Nick de la Cruz

Project Operations Manager

Since joining MCS in May 2020, Nick has transformed how projects are delivered—bringing strategic leadership, strong business acumen, and full P&L discipline to the Projects Division. Guided by the principle of Doing the Right Thing, he sets high standards for integrity, accountability, and transparency across every project. Nick is committed to Serving Others, whether supporting his team, partnering with vendors, or delivering exceptional experiences for customers. A founding member of Mechanical & Control Services, Inc., Ted brings more than 30 years of HVAC industry experience to MCS. His deep expertise in leadership, design/build solutions, retrofits, and construction management has played a key role in shaping the standards and best practices that guide MCS projects today. Ted’s steady, solutions-focused approach ensures complex projects are delivered with precision, accountability, and long-term value—reflecting MCS’s commitment to doing the right thing and building trusted, lasting partnerships.
